Why the A5E-B AMH2 for trousers and uniforms?
It senses each fabric and sets the penetration and feed force itself, and its 11.3 N·m motor sews 18 layers of denim. So thick hems, waistband joins and pocket corners go through without re-setting the machine. It trims the thread, sews the bartack and lifts the foot automatically.
Which overlock for trousers and uniforms?
The C7 Urus, Jack's top overlock, keeps its speed across waistbands and thick joints. The E5S suits side seams and inseams on mixed orders, with a medium and heavy setting. The C4 suits long runs of the same seam.

What is a straight stitch machine?
A single-needle lockstitch, the machine that sews the plain seams on every garment. The F6 is the plain model; the A2C, A4C and A5E-B AMH2 trim the thread automatically.
What if the voltage at our factory is not steady?
The F6 and A2C work from 110 to 295 V on the 220 V version, and the E5S overlock from 90 to 295 V. For very poor supplies, add a stabiliser.
