Jack JK-9280D, 3-Needle Feed-off-the-Arm Chainstitch Machine

The Jack JK-9280D is a three-needle, six-thread feed-off-the-arm double chainstitch machine. The cylindrical arm lets a tubular seam pass around the machine instead of under a flat bed, so sleeves, side seams, and inseams close flat without puckering. Three needles lay six threads in one pass, which produces the strong folded French seam that denim and workwear are inspected on. A top and bottom roller-type steel cloth puller clamps the material and feeds it evenly, so heavy layers do not drift out of line across a long seam. UAE and GCC workshops making jeans, coveralls, and uniform trousers use it where seam strength decides whether the garment passes.

The looper tucks the thread reliably, which prevents skipped stitches on thick material and cuts the rework that follows them. Stitch length is set by push button rather than by hand adjustment, so an operator changing between fabric weights makes the change in seconds and repeats it exactly on the next machine.
