What can the Richpeace laser system cut?
It is a CO2 laser machine that cuts and engraves non-metallic materials. Richpeace lists garment fabric, leather, shoes and bags, felt, acrylic, wood and paper for this machine. The shape comes from a digital file, so a new panel is a new file and not a new cutting die, and there is no blade wear between jobs. Perforation is a different machine. Richpeace builds its perforation machines as a separate mechanical range, so if you need ventilation holes in leather or vinyl, ask us and we will quote a machine built for that job. Does Richpeace CAD software work with third-party cutting machines?
Yes. Richpeace Garment CAD exports standard DXF and HPGL formats, so markers can be sent to most plotters and automated cutting systems. Within the Richpeace ecosystem, the CAD, plotter and cutting hardware are designed to share a native workflow. Al Borj can assess compatibility with your existing equipment before you purchase.
What after-sales support does Al Borj provide for Richpeace equipment?
Al Borj handles installation, operator training and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for all Richpeace equipment supplied through us in the UAE and GCC. Our engineers are locally based. We also keep critical spare parts in-country to minimise downtime.
