What it is
Jack's top single-needle lockstitch, with the most features of the Jack lockstitch machines we supply: a built-in direct-drive motor, automatic thread trimmer, digital presser foot lift, voice guidance, an oil-free head and Jack's AMH2 adaptive fabric system, which senses each fabric and sets the machine for it.

Jack's dual-core Octopus AI chip reads the fabric and seams under the foot and sets the machine for them as it sews, with no manual adjustment. Jack quotes 22 million device data models and 100,000 operations a second.

11.3 N·m of torque for thick seams
Jack rates its response at four times faster than a standard motor, with 22.5% higher power density. Jack shows it sewing through 18 layers of denim.

Oil-free head
A sealed oil pan, so it never leaks oil
The head runs dry. Only the hook is lubricated, from a sealed oil pan that also keeps dust out. Jack states it sews 10,000 m without losing a drop.

Automatic thread trimmer
