Why the DDL-7000A on a shirt line?
It trims the thread at the end of every seam and sews the backtack at the start and end, set on the panel in the head, so collars, cuffs and plackets finish without the operator stopping. LED lights on both sides of the needle bar light the needle entry, so the operator sees fine topstitching clearly. Juki builds the DDL-7000A for single-phase 220-240 V or 3-phase 200-240 V, so tell us your supply and we order the matching version. Where the supply drops or surges, add a stabiliser.
Do you install the machines and train our people?
Yes. Our technicians set each machine up at your factory, adjust it for your fabric and thread, and test-sew before handover. We train your operators on the panel and your mechanics on daily care and adjustment.
What is a full set?
The head, the table, the stand and the motor, ready to sew. On the DDL-7000A and DDL-9000C the motor and control box are built into the head.
