Why the A5E-B AMH2 on a shirt line?

It senses each fabric, from extra light shirting to heavy cloth, and sets the penetration and feed force itself. So operators move between fabrics without re-setting the machine. It trims the thread, sews the bartack and lifts the foot automatically, and its dry head never leaks oil onto white shirts.

What do buyers call these machines?

What if the voltage at our factory is not steady?

The F6 and A2C work from 110 to 295 V on the 220 V version, and the E5S overlock from 90 to 295 V. For very poor supplies, add a stabiliser.

Do you install the machines and train our people?

Yes. Our technicians set each machine up at your factory, adjust it for your fabric and thread, and test-sew before handover. We train your operators on the panel and your mechanics on daily care and adjustment.

What is a full set?

The head, the table, the stand and the motor, ready to sew. On Jack's direct-drive machines the motor is built into the head with its control box.
