The Richpeace Car-Interior Flatbed Scanning Digitizer turns a paper pattern or a physical sample into a CAD file by scanning it flat on the bed. It is built for car seat panels, door armrests, foot pads, and cushions, where sample shapes are large, irregular, and thick. One button starts the scan, and the machine outputs a standard DXF file that most CAD software opens directly, so the pattern goes straight into the cutting room without being redrawn. Automotive upholstery and trim workshops across the UAE and GCC use it to move a shelf of ageing physical samples into a digital library before those samples distort or get lost.

The bed scans in linear mode rather than photographing the sample, so it needs no extra light compensation and returns the same result on a night shift as on a day shift. Scanning height is set from the touch screen, which lets it read a thick foam cushion as cleanly as a flat paper pattern.
