Built for home textile plants that fill pillows, bolster pillows, and cushions with synthetic fiber.

The Richpeace RPFF filling system opens synthetic fiber and blows it into pillow and bolster cases through a centrifugal filling process. A clamping fixture holds each case in place and releases it once filling is done. One operator can run the full line, with no special skills needed.

  • Opens synthetic fiber (6D and above) up to 100% without damaging the fiber crimp
  • Two alternating filling ports with preset filling time
  • Weight preset function, accurate to within about 10%
