Jack JK-T781G Mechanical Buttonhole Machine

A mechanical buttonhole machine for a line that sews one buttonhole size all day.

The Jack JK-T781G is a mechanical lockstitch buttonhole machine. The buttonhole is set on the machine itself and the machine repeats that hole, so there are no patterns to store and there is less on the machine to go wrong. Jack describes it as a mechanical buttonhole machine driven by an integrated single shaft motor, with an automatic thread trimmer and foot lifter controlled by a stepper motor. UAE uniform and shirt workshops use it for standard buttonholes on shirts, overalls and workwear, and for abaya and kandoora placket buttonholes on woven and knitted fabric.
