Merrow's hemming and overedging machine for light to medium weight fabric.

The MG-3DW sews a three thread overedge stitch as a hem or as a seam. Merrow describes it as its standard setup for hemming delicate or fine material, and notes that changing the colour of one of the three threads turns the hem into an accent.

Merrow states that the machine runs a three thread, double row, differential feed set on its cam driven architecture, and that the MG-3DW has been its hemming and overedging machine for five decades.
