Which Jack lockstitch: A5E-B AMH2, A4C, A2C or F6
The A5E-B AMH2 is Jack's top lockstitch: everything automatic, plus an AI system that senses each fabric and sets itself. The A4C and A2C trim the thread for you, and the F6 is for factories that want no automatic features. The F6 replaces the Jack F4 and F5.
- Choose the A5E-B AMH2 if you want Jack's top model: automatic trim, bartack and foot lift, plus AI fabric sensing.
- Choose the A4C if you want automatic trim with a digital bartack and digital foot lift.
- Choose the A2C if you want automatic thread trim only.
- Choose the F6 if you want no automatic features on the machine.

Why is the A5E-B AMH2 Jack's top lockstitch?
- It senses every fabric. Jack's AMH2 system, run by a dual-core Octopus AI chip, reads heavy, extra light and stretchy fabric and sets the penetration and feed force itself. So the operator never stops to re-set the machine.
- More force. The dual-drive motor gives 11.3 N·m and sews 18 layers of denim, or 100 sheets of A4 paper plus 10 layers of copper foil.
- Everything automatic. Thread trimmer, bartack, and a digital foot lift set in 13 levels from the panel.
- No oil on the fabric. The head is dry, and only the hook is oiled, from a sealed pan; it sews 10,000 m without losing a drop. So it never leaks oil onto the garment.
- Easy to work. A 305 mm arm for long panels, a simplified panel and voice guidance.
Do I need automatic features at all?
Not always. The F6 is for factories that want a simple machine with no automatic features. It has a manual bartack lever you press with the elbow, sews 15 layers of denim, and keeps sewing on a supply from 110 to 295 V.
A2C or A4C?
The A2C trims both threads at the end of each seam, leaving a 4 cm tail against about 7 cm cut by hand; the bartack is a manual lever. The A4C adds an automatic digital bartack, a digital foot lift in 13 levels and AI fabric sensing. Its thread path also cuts thread breaks by 80%.
Will it mark white garments?
All four keep white garments clean in normal use. The A5E-B goes further: its dry head and sealed oil pan mean it never leaks oil onto the fabric.
Which power supply do they need?
- F6 and A2C: the 220 V version works from 110 to 295 V, so it keeps sewing when the supply drops or surges.
- A5E-B AMH2: 220 V, 50-60 Hz.
- A4C: ask us for the version that suits your factory supply.
Which one for shirts, trousers or uniforms?
- Shirts, trousers and uniforms: the A5E-B AMH2 as the main lockstitch on the line.
- Plain seams with no automatic features: the F6.
- Labels and neck tape on T-shirts: the A2C.
- Heavy workwear and denim: the heavy versions with a 7 mm stitch.
