Fully automatic laser pocket welting machine for factories in the UAE, the GCC and Africa.

A welt pocket is one of the hardest jobs on a uniform, because the opening has to be cut, folded and sewn accurately. This machine opens the pocket with a laser, then feeds, folds, sews and stacks in one unit, so the job no longer depends on a skilled operator. Vitoni states it saves 4 to 6 people against traditional welting.
