Automatic T-shirt rib collar attaching machine for factories in the UAE, the GCC and Africa.

Setting a rib collar on a neck is one of the most skilled jobs on a T-shirt line, because the stretch has to stay even all the way round. This machine holds the collar, adjusts to the size and sews it with a Pegasus EXT-5114 head, so one operator can run two machines.

Key features

  • One operator can run 2 machines
  • Thread trimmer fitted
  • Pegasus EXT-5114 sewing head
