The Titan DK 2500 series is an industrial overedging (whipping) machine made for carpets and rugs. It wraps and locks thread around a raw carpet edge so it will not fray. UAE carpet workshops, automotive and marine trim shops, and rug finishers use it to edge car, boat, and plane carpets, prayer mats, and handloom or tufted rugs. The DK 2500 comes in a few configurations, so a shop can match the machine to the material and edge shape it edges most often.

Al Borj Machinery has supplied Titan overedging machines to the region for decades. The DK 2500 is made by the Titan brand of the Vandewiele Group in Belgium. It is supplied in several configurations to match different materials and edge shapes.
