Pegasus W664P Cylinder Bed Interlock (Flatlock) Machine

The W664P is today's version of the W664. Pegasus builds it in the W600P series with the Oil Barrier head, the P in the name. Our earlier quotations say W664-35BC; the current equivalent is the W664P-35B with a C needle plate. W664P-01G, -03F, -08B and the others are subclasses of the same machine, each set up for one job.

Both names are used for it. Pegasus calls it a cylinder bed interlock stitch machine and lists coverstitch (plain seaming), covering that flattens out overlock seams, and hemming among its seams. Buyers in Africa and the GCC often call it a flatlock machine.

Yes. The W664P-35B hems the bottoms of light to medium-weight tubular goods such as T-shirts and polo shirts and trims the edge as it sews, at up to 5,000 stitches a minute. Other subclasses cover overlock seams, bind necklines and attach elastic. We supply it by the line, with tables, stands and installation.

Yes. Tell us what you make and your daily output target. We recommend the machine mix for the line, from lockstitch and overlock to interlock and special machines, and can visit your factory for an assessment first.

Use a standard cylinder bed like the W664P for body hems, sleeve hems and covering on adult T-shirts, polo shirts and sportswear; Pegasus gives it a 270 mm circumference. Use the W264P small cylinder bed, 177 mm round, for cuffs, narrow sleeves and children's wear. Use a feed-up-the-arm machine like the FW803 to cover seams that run along a closed tube, such as sweatpants legs and sleeves.

Pegasus sets each subclass up for one job: -01G for plain seaming, covering and hemming; -02G for binding tape; -03F and -03G for covering overlock seams, flattened or folded over; -05B for elastic lace; the -08 subclasses for hemming bottoms; -35A, -35B and -35N for hemming with a fabric trimmer; -30A, -32, -33 and -34 for elastic on waists. Yes. Pegasus publishes a parts list for each series, and we quote genuine Pegasus parts by part number. Send us the full model code from the machine's plate, or a photo, on WhatsApp and we will find the part. Our technicians also answer setting and threading questions.
