The Juki DDL-9000B Series is a single-needle lockstitch machine with an automatic thread trimmer, designed for high-volume garment production. It uses a direct-drive servomotor for a fast, precise start on every stitch, and it comes in light, medium, and heavy-weight configurations to match different fabrics. One popular configuration, the DDL-9000B-MS-WB, is set up for medium-weight materials with a semi-dry head and thread wiper, paired with the SC-920 control box and CP-18A operation panel. This machine suits uniform and abaya production lines across Sharjah and the wider UAE that need consistent, high-speed output.
