The Jin NA-35 Series sews on a raised post rather than a flat bed, so a shaped piece can be turned around the needle. Juki publishes three builds: the NA-35DUT-1, one needle with wheel feed and needle feed and digital stitch length control, the NA-35UT-1, one needle with a roller presser, and the NA-35UT-2, two needle with a roller presser.
Juki states that the series is best suited to sewing shoes, that the top and bottom wheel feed holds the material and keeps the needle entry in view on multi layered parts, and that digital stitch length control is supported on the NA-35DUT only. Juki lists a flip up ruler, an LED light under the arm jaw, a control box integrated with the machine head and a USB port as standard.
