A front-arm machine for sleeves, necklines and hems.

The Jack JK-1500 is a straight cylinder interlock machine built for small, curved parts of a garment. Its narrow arm reaches into sleeves, necklines and cuffs where a flat-bed machine cannot go. Shirt, T-shirt and sportswear workshops in the UAE use it for hemming, strip attaching and seam joining on knit and stretch fabric.

  • Arm length of 280mm as standard, with a 380mm long-arm version available
  • Automatic thread trimmer and automatic presser foot lift for faster, easier operation
  • One machine handles hemming, strip attaching, bone-crossing seams and attaching sewing
  • Presser foot lifts up to 8mm to handle thicker knit and stretch fabric
  • Runs up to 3,800 stitches per minute
