Jack JK-1500C-UT, Straight-Cylinder Interlock Machine

A straight-cylinder interlock machine for sleeves, necklines and hems.

The Jack JK-1500C-UT is a computerized interlock (coverstitch) machine with a long straight cylinder arm, which Jack calls the straight cylinder type. The standard arm is 280 mm long and the L type is 380 mm, so sleeves, cuffs and necklines slide over the arm. It trims the thread and lifts the presser foot automatically and sews at up to 3,800 stitches per minute. Shirt, T-shirt and sportswear workshops in the UAE use it for hemming, strip attaching and seam joining on knit and stretch fabric.
