What it is
A single-head 15-needle embroidery machine with a 360 × 500 mm tubular field, an 86 × 360 mm wide cap frame and frames for finished products up to 380 × 438 mm. This page also covers the compact CAII, the 1200 mm V1200 and the drop-table CII.

Laser pointer and LED light

A laser pointer marks the needle position on the garment, and an LED back light lights the embroidery area under the head. The automat has an 8.4 inch touch screen and holds 100 designs and 70 million stitches.

It is the third generation of the BEKT-S1501CB. Before the BEKT, Barudan's single heads were the BEXT, such as the BEXT-S1501CBII and BEXT-S1501CAII, and before those the BEVT-Z1501CB. If you run one of these, send us the model and serial number and we will confirm parts and service.
Which BEKT single head should I choose?
The CAII is the most compact (250 × 400 mm). The CBIII is the all-rounder (360 × 500 mm, 1,300 rpm). The V1200 adds a 360 × 1200 mm field for banners and flags. The CII has the largest field, 450 × 520 mm, on a drop-table frame.
Does the BEKT embroider caps and hats?
Yes. The CBIII and V1200 take an 86 × 360 mm wide cap frame, the CII a 79 × 360 mm frame and the CAII a 72 × 360 mm frame. Caps run at up to 1,000 rpm.
What power does a Barudan single head need?
A single-phase 100-240 V supply; it draws 0.225 kW. No three-phase connection is needed.
Do you install the machine and train our operators?
Yes. Our technicians install, level and test-run every Barudan we supply, complete Barudan's installation check sheet and train your operators on the automat, hooping, thread tension and daily care. Barudan's warranty is handled by our service team with Barudan's technical support in Singapore and Japan.
