How do I choose between machines that look the same?
Match the machine to the fabric and to your output per shift, not to the badge on the head. Tell us what you produce, the volume you need off the line and which fabrics run through it. We will shortlist two or three models and say plainly what separates them at production speed.
Why is there no price on the machine?
Every machine is quoted, because the working configuration changes with your fabric, your table height, your voltage and your volume. A quote sets out the machine, the motor and table, delivery, installation, operator training and the warranty terms, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
Do you install the machines and train my operators?
Yes. Our engineers install and commission the machines on your floor and train your operators on them before they leave. Training is part of the supply, not a separate line on the invoice.
Can I get spare parts and service after the sale?
Spares for the brands we distribute are held in Sharjah, so a hook, a feed dog or a needle plate is off the shelf instead of on a six-week import, and a line is not idle waiting for it. Service visits are booked on the same WhatsApp number you used to enquire.
Can you supply and standardise a whole line or floor?
Yes. We equip complete lines and multi-station floors, standardised on one build so spares, training and service stay simple across every station. Send us your layout and target output and we will quote the floor, not just a single head.
Do you supply outside the UAE?
Yes. We ship into Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC and Africa, with export documentation handled from Sharjah. Give us the destination port or city and we will quote it delivered.
